Payment

Payment for ordered products is made exclusively by credit card, through the 2Checkout service, using the “Credit Card Payment” option. It is sufficient to enter your card number, the CVV code found on its back, and the card’s expiration date.

In this option, it is also necessary to check the box “I agree to the terms of use and purchase.” After clicking on the “Pay by Card” button, the amount of the order is automatically deducted from your account, and the order processing is carried out immediately.

Complaints

Are you dissatisfied with a product you purchased on our site? Please contact us with confidence, and we will resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

If you find (within 8 days of receipt) that the product you received is defective upon first use, please contact us and follow the steps below:

Send us information with your order number, invoice number, or your username and a description of the complaint by email to reklamacije@standard-furniture.ba, or by phone at 033 973 230 or 033 973 231.

We will send you a confirmation of receipt of the complaint and, based on your description of the complaint, information about:

  • can the product be exchanged for a new one,
  • can the money be refunded for the product,
  • or can we repair the product.

n cases where the product can be exchanged for a new one and when a refund can be issued, we will send a delivery service to your address to collect the claimed product and return it to our warehouse. When the product arrives at the warehouse, we will send you a notification about the refund/dispatch of the replacement product. The refund/replacement with a new product will be completed within 30 days from the day the returned product is received in our warehouse. If the shipment is damaged during transport, such damages will be visible upon receipt of the package, and in that case, please do not accept the shipment. Please contact us so we can check the condition of the package as soon as possible and send a new one.

In the event that the product you received does not match the image or specifications of the product you ordered, you can exchange it within eight (8) days of receiving the product. To exercise this right, it is necessary to take photos of the product and the packaging in which the product was originally packaged and send them by email to reklamacije@standard-furniture.ba.

In cases where a packing error occurs and the customer receives a different product than ordered, the customer must report the mistake via email within eight (8) days. In such cases, the customer returns the incorrectly delivered product at the expense of “Standard Furniture Factory” d.d., which commits to deliver the ordered product or issue a refund (according to the customer’s request) within fifteen (15) days from the receipt of the wrongly delivered item.

Warranty

For every product purchased at www.standard-furniture.ba:

  • Manufacturers guarantee that the product will function correctly during the warranty period if used in accordance with its purpose and the user manual,
  • That they will, at their expense, rectify any faults and defects in the product that cause it not to function correctly upon your request for repair during the warranty period, within 45 days from the day the fault is reported or within the period specified in the warranty certificate,
  • That all service requests will be handled exclusively by authorized Standard service providers.

Delivery

The delivery period is 7-8 weeks from the day the order is placed.

Delivery Conditions

Delivery is made to the entrance of the residential building. If it concerns an apartment building, the delivery person is not obligated to carry the goods to the floor where the customer resides, but only to the entrance of the building. Delivery is conducted through transportation companies that provide transport services.

Delivery is available throughout the entire territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina at a price depending on the weight of the items, for each order, before you order a product, the exact delivery price will be displayed to you.

Products will be packaged in a way that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. The customer is obligated to check for any damages upon receipt of the products and immediately claim them to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or refuse to accept the shipment if external damages are visible. Upon receiving the goods, the customer is required to sign the dispatch note or delivery note, and the delivery service takes it as confirmation of receipt.

In addition to delivery to the home address, our products can also be picked up at the sales showroom in Podlugovi at Moševićka 17.
